SuperChicks Camp: Four-day sleepover camp

SuperChicks Camp is a four day confidence and empowerment camp to help young teenage girls transform into SUPERCHICKS!

Combining personal development and skill building with fun activities, SuperChicks Camp is a unique getaway for girls aged 11 to 16 who want to build confidence, feel inspired and motivated, get clear on where they are going in life and laugh until it hurts.

With daily workshops designed specifically to tap into your potential, combined with a myriad of activities which promote team building, creativity and playfulness – SuperChicks camp is THE place to be this summer.

Sample workshops/ session topics:

  • Say What You Mean, Mean What You Say (Communication)
  • Taming Your Inner Gremlin (Managing negative self-talk) 
  • Being and Becoming Your Authentic Self
  • Using Girl Power for Good
  • Envisioning Your Dream Future (Goal-setting)
  • Relationships & Boundaries
  • The Power of Gratitude
  • Self Love

 

SUPERCHICKS CAMP: TWO-DAY DAY CAMPS

This two day camp is 10 AM - 5 PM on a Saturday and Sunday. This camp is a more bite-sized version of our four-day camp and is located in Los Angeles. The content taught will be different from what is taught in the four day camps. 

SESSION 1  - (ages 11-17)

This is a weekend day camp that will give you tools to overcome challenges and develop authentic confidence and true self love.

Topics covered: 

  • Discerning fake friends from real friends 
  • Dealing with bullying
  • Discovering how to really love your body
  • Peer pressure
  • Setting and protecting your physical, emotional mental and energetic boundaries
  • Communicating effectively: How to express yourself so others really hear you
  • Managing stress

SESSION 2 - (ages 18+)

This is a weekend day camp that will give you tools to overcome challenges and develop authentic confidence and true self love. 

Topics covered: 

  • Dating & relationships
  • How to tune in to your intuition
  • Effective communication
  • Moving from toxic friendships & relationships to empowering, supportive ones
  • Setting and protecting your physical, emotional, mental and energetic boundaries 
  • Managing stress in 6 easy steps 
  • Life-hacks: increasing your productivity
